Requires hospitals to maintain a publicly available list of all standard charges for hospital items and services and display their lists free of charge in a prominent location on the home page of their publicly accessible website. HB 118 - An Act providing for the final disposition of fetal remains; and imposing penalties.
Requires a funeral or cremation of fetal remains, whether expelled or extracted. Patients would be responsible for the cost. Punishment Article IX Act of June 29, 1953 also known as the Vital Statistics law of 1953. Up to 30 days in jail and a fine of $300.

HB 2 - Enhance transportation infrastructure and safety.
Amend the PA state constitution and state law to increase the reporting window for survivors of sexual abuse and open 2 year window for children sexual survivors to file civil lawsuits.

Would Prohibit foreign-influenced corporations from including elections.

Would maximize WIC & SNAP from federal government, is extremely beneficial to mothers and children, and establishes a well-intended and properly constructed board.
